I don't know if he'll win or not, I was dumb enough to believe we wouldn't re-elect bush.
I have a feeling that if he is elected that the KKK types would not allow him to live. Can you imagine how freaked out they would be, I mean really? A woman will send them in a tail spin let alone a black man.

It all started in the Everson vs. Board of Education case in the 1940s. The justices writing for the majority wrote that there is a wall of separation between the church and the state and therefore government institutions cannot impose upon the religious practices of others. The interpretation led the way to get teachers to stop leading children in prayer because so many people were insulted by the practice. Many people don't like to recall that. They see Madeleine O'Hair as the enemy but she was speaking for many people at the time. There were Christians who objected to the teacher leading the children in prayer because they were convinced that the practice trivialized prayer. So, today, teachers do not lead children in prayer.
