This first quilt I did because my husband gave me some flannel f4s for Christmas. I still have enough flannel left over to make another quilt. It had like 20 f4s. I had to go back to that store and buy like 5 more light tones because the stack only came with 4 lights. I wanted to do a no brainer so I cut the f4s down to 61/2 squares and then cut again on the angle creating light and dark HSTs

This second one I just finished today. A lady in my online quilting group hosted a mystery where you take a jelly roll plus 3 yrds of background material. It was a bit of a task due to the jelly roll having 40 stripes of material and of course all of your 3 yards are cut down to the same width strips. I think it came out great and well worth the work I put into it.
Now both can go into my need to quilt trunk. I have 17 tops now I need to quilt.
