I just finished reading a comment on another web site that Dolphins were known to help a drowning person by pushing him to the surface.
It brought to mind a story my brother told me about when he was in the Merchant Marines and aboard ship in the south Pacific. Sometimes the captain of the ship would stop and allow the marines to go swimming. No, not in a pool, in the ocean. Many times when they suspected sharks in the area the dolphins would show up and start swimming in circles around the fellows, protecting them from the sharks. I always thought that was a wonderful story.

Thanks to everyone for your posts................I use them to put up a fence in the back yard but came up a little short, so could you call your friends and tell them to drop in and leave a post. I sure would appreciate it. I need to get this fence done so my alligators won't be roaming the neighborhood. The neighbors are complaining that they are missing small dogs and cats.
