Hi,
my son is in kindergarten and he told me at his pizza party they were given sprite. My kids dont drink pop. So im upset his teacher took it upon herself to give it to him!!!! am i wrong? also im thinking about emailing her..should I?

I would just rant here and get over it. The alternative is to have them treated diffently at school and feel like outsiders.
As long as they dont have soda all the time every once in a while isnt going to hurt them and things like 7 up help an upset stomach.
BTW how do you know they got soda? Did you ask the teacher?
When I have kids, that is.
I wouldn't worry about him having pop at the party...it's probably the only time all year.
... I would approach the principal.. and just kindly ask him how you should approach the teacher in this issue... you sorta kill 2 birds with one stone..
be careful though... it can tag you.. the parent as a trouble maker...
now for me... They saw me coming and I became very involved in the school activities.. PTA>.. carnivals.. bus trips.. field days... etc etc.. they knew the parents were watching! Thats our job as advocates for our children!!!!
