Nursing School Chronicles ~ i have AN INTERVIEW

A local hospital called me for an interview for their ICU (Intensive Care Unit)!!!

I applied for several jobs in the area for Care Partner because I know I may have to go full time jobless for the last 5 weeks of school.  Also I want to get my foot in the door, do the days until benefits kick in, etc.....

The recruiter called and said they were very interested in me and hope that I would like it so much that I would like to be an ICU nurse!!!!

woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot woot

This could be a very good start!

So tomorrow at noon EST pray that if this is what God intends....that it will be mine.  If not, I will not worry because I know there will be more for me soon.

Right now.....I am just snoopy dancing in the sun and enjoying the moment!!!!

My teacher told me to mind the bosoms so I think I may tape them down as well. That and no belching are important interview tips.

If you were out here in California, you would highlight the bosoms, not tape them down ;-) Yeah! I'm so happy for you! I hope that you get this job and write all about your experiences.

Arm pit farts are only in order after you get the job. It's a celebratory kind of thing.

(But seriously, I initiated arm pit farts as the official salute on the psych ward a couple of years ago. We all use them as emphasis.)

Gotcha. How about arm tattoos. Should I get some just for the occasion? Saying things like, "Hell's little angel" and "Born to Cath" and Maybe a large breasticled woman in a nurses outfit....i mean like THAT would be totally appropriate doncha think?

That and a nose ring.

Okay..okay..before someone goes crazy on that, I meant nursing skills/talent. Get your minds out of the gutter people. An attractive nurse in a hospital...what a concept. I thought that only happened in movies.
