A Sledding Adventure

We spent Christmas in Montana with my husbands family.  We were hoping for snow at their house while we were there, but that didn't happen, so the last night that everyone was there, we drove up into the mountains and found a good spot to go sledding!

It was lots of fun, we found the perfect hill, and we could go up as high as we wanted on it to slide back down.

 Madeline got to see snow and play with some snow for the first time too!

right after this, I crashed right into my Father in law.  I hollered watch out, but he didn't get out of my way in time, lol.

 David and I sledding down together> We tried it two ways, first sitting up, that way wasn't so fun, the snow flew up in my face and I couldn't see a single thing the whole way down

and then we tried it laying down, that was a lot better!!
