In all my years of watching and being involved in politics I have never seen anything like the current presidential race.
Iowa caucusing is tomorrow and the candidates, in addition to the estimated $100 million they spent in Iowa alone, will arrange childcare, a car ride, or even send someone to your house to shovel the walk, all in an effort to get people out to the primaries.
I have been visited from minioins from the Clinton, Obama, Romney, Paul, and Edwards campaign.
I was amused by the Clinton flunky. He knocked, I answered, he took one look at me and assumed that me being a woman, I was on team Hillary, and said so in about those words.
Wonder if I can get Hillary to cook me an egg?

LOL Kimberly.
Kathleen yes. Iowa caucus are set up like town meetings. You pick a delegate and sit in the chair assigned to that candidate. Then a rep for each candidate speaks then based on what they say you can stay in that chair or move. This goes on for hours. The one with the most people wins. Its kind of like Go Fish.
Don't be to sure about it not happening in Pennsylvania. Unless a candidate already has a lock on the nomination after February 5th, Super Tuesday, all eyes will be on Texas in March and Pennsylvania in April, and I will among the minions campaigning for Hillary, but my knocking on doors will be confined to Delaware County if my aging legs even permit, otherwise I will just be making phone calls.
You set your sights to low. I'd have gone for breakfast in bed; or what B.F. and Kimberly had to say. Might as well make the most of it.
Thanks for the explanation of Iowa's caucus system. Soounds more like musical chairs than Go Fish.
Does this count as your state's primary; or is there an actual vote taking later?
Ohio's primaries will be in March. I better contact the candidates and let them know what I need in order to make sure I get to the polls.
A limo ride would do it.
