Tonight
Clear and very cold with a hardfreeze.
Lows _15 to 20_ in the normally colder inland locations away fromthe cities ...
around 25 at the coast and in the cities.
Northwest winds5 to 10 mph...becoming light late.

Brrr... chilly down here in SOUTH Florida as well!

Tonight: Mainly clear skies. Low 39F. Winds NNW at 20 to 30 mph.

Not as cold as up north but for down here it's absolutely frigid!
Still "warm" at 39 here right now... heading for 24 tonight.
Larry, I'm a South Dakota girl so I know this isn't "cold" by your standards. But we have virtually no efficient heat here, so you have to take that into consideration. :) We are freezing! My sister is in Montana and their low tonight will be within 2 degrees of ours!!
I want the Bay Area!

brrrrrr....it's always 'spose to be warm down there so we up here have something to look forward toooooooooo.....12 here right now with the wind chill taking it down close to ZERO! Me thinks I'm in for the night.

It's 16 here, Lloyd, with a strong wind and it's supposed to snow later! I am counting the days until I head to SW Florida.....sure hope it warms up before then! I'm not worried...it's been beautiful every year for more than 14 years now!

I hear ya Doc !!!! Im not as insulated as I once was either. My blood has really thinned out, Ive got a windbreaker on when it hits 60 degrees

Soo since I stopped in at 6:49 the temp has dropped from 12 to 6! Brrrrr!

Thank goodness you recognize when Dan is off his med's I was getting kinda worried.

At 4 pm, the drug store near here showed 5 degrees on its display. It gets pretty cold here in WV sometimes. Of course, it's supposed to be 62 on Monday.

It's 16 right now in East Tennessee. Lows predicted to be 10. First snow of the new year hit today. Just some small flurries here, but a lot more up in the mountains.

It's between 30 to 40 deg. here in the Laguna Mts and a strong wind is blowing. Down on the coast in San Diego it's a lot warmer. I'm sure there are some romantic tourist couples walking on the beach. The brochures said this was sunny California and it's bound to be better than North Dakota or wherever they came from.

Wind chill this morning of about 8. I will be so glad when I win the lottery. I'll never see another winter anywhere. I'll just move to where its summer until winter is over.

had a rare two drinks last night, Lloyd, fell asleep outside..it was freaking 28 degrees!!! 4 cats kept me fairly warm, tho, lol...and tonight, with high winds again and expected 20 degreees...i am sleeping IN tonight!! BRRRR!!
