What is Peter Pan doing with bullets?

And do you want bullet boobs?  I sure saw some on the TV show (now out on DVD) The Wild Wild West.  Oh my.

I remember those they were like wear to Ice cream cones with strap's. They certainly didn't make a woman look natural.
