I love New Year's day -- it's hope of new beginnings. It's a point from which I can look backwards and forwards and choose to take a new path or clear the brambles from the path I'm on. While every day provides the same opportunities, there's nothing more hopeful than beginning again on New Years day.

I was born into the world with the thought of beginning again. I wake every morning with the thought of beginning again. When I lay my head down, I think of beginning again. I confront death as I did life: with the thought of beginning again.

It's the first thing I could think of off the top of my head. Cheesy, I know, but hey it's all I've got. ^_^
