Finally got my washer fixed .. yippie!

They cost a fortune! I mean clothes for me and 4 kids!!!! Geesh was at least $50 a week I was spending! I would try to do clothes at my parents house but then thats so time consuming .. with working 6 days a week and having four kids by myself its not easy to find time for such things!

Thank goodness I have my washer going again!

It is the simple things that make us happy! If we think back we would have never thought that doing laundry would thrill us!! LOL!

yeah toting it all to other places was awful .. then I have a teeny tiny car and not much will fit in it too .. made laundrymats even more fun! LOL

I am getting a new washing machine.... even though my old one isn't 'broken' .... I HATE our old washing machine... there is no way to control the water temperature on it .... so when a customer offered me a newer one that does have temperature controls .....

I'm glad you got your washer fixed. It will be a lot easier to do your laundry at home and the kids can do it while you are at work. Four kids can make lots of laundry!

Laundrymats by me I meet the CRAZY people! A few nice people but mostly crazy ones asking me or the kids for money ... or pacing in the laundry mat like they are waiting for you to leave so they can take your clothes!

Last time I was there with my oldest daughter some grown man walked over to her and started hitting on her .. I was close to going off on him but my daughter was like "mom .. mom" with a panic look on her face! He then looked at meand backed away. Then had the nerve to come back and ask me for gas money (supposedly gas money) so he could get home .. umm mind you I never saw a car! I was like as if!

I mean hello I am a single mother .. pregnant in a laundry mat do I really look like the type to have money to give away to a grown man? Granted if it had been a woman with a child or something I might have tried to help her somehow ...

I hate the laundry mat!!!! LOL .. everytime I would have to go I'd be on the phone griping to my friend. The poor guy .. maybe thats why he fixed my wahser .. LOL

I was so happy the washer was fixed I could have kissed it! HEHEHEHEHEHE .. I would not doubt it if my daughter did kiss it!

That's great news! Last time my washer broke down I had to haul clothes to my MIL's. It sure is a pain in the rear to not have one.

I'm glad my husband can usually fix stuff like that. If something happened to our washer and he couldn't fix it, it would mean we had to have a new one. And we would probably go that weekend to get one! :)

I'm glad yours is fixed, though! I can't imagine doing laundry in the laundromat for 5 people (especially since four are kids!).
