Many, many moons ago (aka 2000), I signed up for a newsletter called Resource-A-Day. As time went on, I eventually stopped using that email address that I signed up under and stopped getting their newsletter, and I eventually stopped hearing anything about them. I assumed they were no longer publishing, but .. I was wrong! That's what I get for thinking! I ran across their ad in a blog today, and they are still publishing, and still recruiting members and still paying for those referrals!
They have a 4 level referral program that pays you 10.00 to sign up and .40 for each referral, .20 for each of their referrals and 0.05 and 0.03 cents for the 3rd and 4th level. Their income calculator estimates that if you can sign up one person a week every week, and all of your referrals and their referrals through all 4 levels can sign up 1 member a week, you could be earning 740.00 a month. Not too shabby for a free newsletter signup! Of course, the chances of that happening statistically ain't good..but one can dream! Even if you can't reach super affiliate status with this program and support yourself on your income from signups, you can manage to make yourself a few dollars.. and free money is a good thing.. especially when you don't have to click and click thousands of emails for pennies a piece to get it. YAY!
They send one email a day to the address you subscribed under, and it includes your resource of the day, which could be marketing tips, ad resources, html help, scripts, or any manner of stuff like that.. and it also has a quote of the day, joke of the day and a few paid ads. Which allows them to pay their subscribers, so ads are a good thing. You can also buy ads in the ezine. Ads in ezines, especially those with interesting content people actually read that aren't all ads, typically do very well. I don't think they're all that expensive either, but I can't tell you what their current rates are.
Payout is at 50.00, and since my account is still at 10.40, I have quite a way to go to hit payout, but I think I'm going to start promoting this one. Put an ad on my website and my blog and a few other places. Can't hurt, and I might make a few dollars.
Unfortunately, they only pay by check, no Paypal, and you have to wait 60 days for your check, which they claim is to avoid scammers who join and unsub and join again to get the money. They want to make sure your signups are actual subscribers who stay subscribed. That's not a bad thing, since they do give you some great information, if memory serves. They won't be publishing again until after January 2nd because of the holidays, but you can still sign up and start trying to get signups now.
You have to be 16 and have a valid email address, they say you must be able to read English too, but I don't think they can really enforce that one LOL
