I have heard that they will make you sore and that they are lots of fun. I want one, but I don't want to get hooked.

I have one too! I LOVE IT!!! We just got Dance Dance Revoloution for Christmas. OMG talk about a work out. It even has a work out mode where it tells you how many calories you burned and that type of thing. I can't speak highly enough about the Wii. Wii Love it!

I have had my Wii for almost a year now. I love playing it. I especially love the Sports and DDR. The Olympics game is also fun.

My son brought his to christmas gathering...they weere playing bowling and baseball and tennis....
it is a pretty amazing thing...and decidedly more physical than the older sit on the couch and push buttons type games....
an actually...I can see a W!! holideck in the future...it just struck me that way...you know like those movie things in amusement parks where you go into a round room with screens all around you and you go gliding or on a rollercoaster...
I will never own one....I am not into that...
but watch out star trek hollirooms...(decks?)

My wife got one last month "for the grandkids".

We had a WII party by inviting a bunch of friends over to go bowling. I hooked it up to my video projector and made a wall into the bowling alley. Great fun!

My parents have one. I am so glad that I am not the only one that is in pain after using it. My arm always hurts when I play the bowling game for a while too!

I got them "Game Party". It had darts, trivia, shuffleboard and more. When you are ready for another game, I would suggest it:)

HA! We got one too. I can barely lift my arm, but the good news is I bowled a 170 last night, which is good for me considering I scored a 36 on my first game!
Can't we mingle our Miis? I don't know how to do that.

We got one too for Christmas. My shoulders are killing me after the bowling, baseball and tennis. Last night we redeemed gift cards to Walmart and got Mario Olympics. Now talk about exercise. But we do love it. This is the first video game system I have enjoyed in years. Got to get up and move about.

We don't have a Wii, but we have a PS2 with Dance Dance Revolution. My youngest daughter has been putting on a little weight, and yesterday she said her resolution for the new year would be to use the game every day. I had to open my mouth and offer to play with her, like a big old IDIOT! I'm sure I'll be very sorry, very soon. :-)
