Ugh- is it REALLY tomorrow? Ok, I suppose it is.
Here's my list of things I MUST get done tomorrow. Heaven help me, cause I'm gonna need it.
1. Bake 1 batch of chocolate chip cookies
2. Let the kids decorate all remaining sugar cookies
3. Prep the ham, and put it in the crock pot at noon
4. Dunk all kids in bath, scrub hair- or, maybe just let em use the dishwasher. Hm.. Ok, maybe that works better for chipmunks.
5. Sort out and get all presents for the in-laws set aside
6. Take kids to Nick's holiday luncheon
7. Sort all Santa gifts, and set aside (mostly done, but not completely)
8. Do 2 or 3 loads of laundry
9. Buy white rice
10. Finish filling and sewing heating pads with rice
11. Start dinner around 5
12. Eat
13. Take kids around to view Christmas lights- maybe Grand Ledge?
14. Watch a Christmas movie
15. Let kids open select gifts
16. Usher kids off to bed
17. Watch "Christmas Story" marathon while waiting for kids to fall asleep- 2 hours at least!
18. Put out Santa gifts
19. Get stockings filled
20. Get LOTS of pictures
21. Get to sleep- hopefully before 2am.
OMG, that list is HUGE. Oh, and if I have time, get some videos posted. I tried tonight, but they ALL stopped at 99%, and wouldn't go further. :(

And I know what you mean, I don't feel like Christmas is actually here.

The biggie that I have to do is write some Christmas letters. Dumb me, thought that I would save some money and be more personal by not buying ready made cards. What was I thinking??
I also have to make a dessert to bring to my mom's in the evening....I have no idea what!
Auntie M
1 batch of pumpkin bread in the oven.
1 batch of sugar cookies in the oven.
1 load of dishes in the dishwasher.
Crockpot out and waiting for the ham.
Put turkey in oven
Go to the gym
lunch
mop
find the extra chairs
I'm at the "supposed to be mopping part" now. We don't have kids living with us anymore. THey'll all be here tomorrow though. And my mom and dad. We're having a cozy dinner and popping some champagne. I am going to talk my way into at least one gift tonight.
