I read today that Larry Stewart died at 58 years old. He was known throughout Kansas City as "The Secret Santa." He would hand out $100. to people he thought looked needy. What a kind man. I saw the video of the happiness he brought to people, and it made me cry for the loss of mankind. There really is a Santa. This Santa just passed away. May he rest in peace.

I hope to be Santa to as many people as God will permit.

That's cool. Is that the Larry Stewart that is on TV? My husband is a pizza delivery driver & he just called me & told me that someone gave him an $18 tip & said, "Merry Christmas..." It is so nice when people think of others & what they may need! ;o)

He was such an amazing person. His hope was that there would be a secret santa in every city.
Here in KC 4 people have taken up his legacy, and have passed out 50,000 dollars this year.

I am not sure If I am right, but I think it was from a battle with cancer. I also read that he paid his own way out of his own picket even his medical. He did not have insurance. He was an amazing guy.
