It doesn't matter who you are
Rocketman or superstar
When you've been hit by cupid's aim
Your soul's ablaze with passion's flame
Of love, desire, in swirling gyres
Of taste and touch your heart conspires
For ways to see how it can be--
Two enwrapped eternally
Walking, laughing, chiming free
On mountain top, by churning sea
Where fragrant, storied breezes brush
Two hearts, two minds in common, blush
Where love, desire, and swirling gyres
Requite themselves before God's choir
By gesture, deed, all pantomime,
Tenderness for all of time
Two hearts, one mind, two lives, one time,
In pantomime, in pantomime

*Passionate Poetry*
It would be lovely to hear this sung by someone.
Would love to hear this put to a strumming guitar!
Good job, my friend
CoffeeLady
I'm glad, Cindy. Your pleasure is my treasure.
My pleasure, Larry.
Thank you, CoffeeLady. You warm my morning.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS...
and thanks for all your love and affection
Thank you, Michelle.
I would not change a single line
What fired words so eloquent?
Such fiery passion heaven sent
Last lines reveal mute sentiment
It sings, like John says...a sublime love song.
