Ok so we've all heard eating 5-6 small meals a day will boost your metabolism and improve weight loss results but what does this mean? 5-6 happy meals a day... Umm NO... 5-6 snacks a day... No again... Here is a sample diet (this will not work for everyone!) that is easy to follow and can help you lose efficently... Keep in mind this
SAMPLE MEAL PLAN
Meal 1:
1 packet of low sugar oatmeal, 3 scrambled egg whites, 1cup of fresh fruit and coffee
Meal 2:
Turkey Sandwich and 1/2 cup of carrots (top your sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and dijon) --- (Turkey has mood elevators so it's a great way to start your day)
Meal 3:
WW Sapghetti with Turkey meat sauce (Load you sauce with onions, bell peppers, chilis, and spice to make it even better and even better for you)
Meal 4
1 1/2 cupsTuna and white bean salad on greens(My recipie is uploaded... You want to work fish or fish oils into your diet Omega-3's are natural fat burners)
Meal 5:
Grilled chicken breast, green salad and a green veggie (This meal will cause a temporary bloat but will helpyou to lose weight in the long run)
Meal 6:
Handful of almonds and Hot cocoa (sugar free) --- (The warm milk will stimulate sleepy time hormones and the almonds have a stress relieving component)
