Ok let me get this straight... Christians are all about acceptance right? Don't make me laugh. I read the emails going through. Having a fit over the store clerks saying Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. Would you rather them run out of air trying to say:
Even Christmas doesn't have the same meaning it used to have. Today it is all abou the gifts and Santa. What happened to Jesus? How would you like it if you went to your birthday party and everybody got gifts and had fun while they all ignored you.
No I'm not trashing just Christmas. But it does seem to be the main focus right now. I don't hear the Jewish people screaming out about not being wished a Happy Hanukkah. I am Christian and Wiccan, I don't mind hearing Happy Hoildays. I celebrate Christmas, but my children know what the true meaning of Christmas, and they are okay if They don't have anything under the tree, which by the way was adapted from Paganism. They do get gifts every year, but we thank the Lord for the one and only Gift that matters.
