A CHRIST-MAS POEM............

Behold the mysteries of God's plan
To send His Son to rescue man
When man didn't even know he really needed rescuing.
Behold the love the Father shows
A depth of love that no one knows
And a love that none of us can ever comprehend.
Behold the miracle of Christ's birth
Sent from above to save the earth
When the earth didn't even know it really needed saving.
The tiny babe in Mary's care
Who would have a cross to bear
While the rest of the world went on about its business.
Behold the baby, wrapped and curled
Who would one day save all the world
When the world didn't care about it one way or the other.
Another day just like all the rest
But on this day we all were blessed
Yet hardly anyone gave this day any special notice at all.
Behold the plan, mankind restored
To blessed fellowship with the Lord
Who loved all the world enough to send His very best.
So, Merry Christmas everyone
And let us not forget the Son
Who is the real reason every one of us should celebrate.
