Christmas Cookies: Almond Crescent Cookies

My mom used to make these when I still lived at home. I haven't made them in years either.

ALMOND CRESCENT COOKIES

1 C. butter
1/3 C. sugar
1 2/3 C. flour
2/3 C. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, chopped nutsand mix. Roll dough and shape into crescents. Bake 350° for 12minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes 6-dozen.

Those do sound good. My daughter made one of her Biscotti cookies today. I got to eat one that broke when she was cutting them. Yum!
