Wash hands.
In a bowl, mix together 1 Tablespoon softened butter (NOT Margarine), 1 Tablespoon light corn suryp, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon mint extract.
Gradually add one cup powdered sugar. When dough becomes too stiff to stir, knead with hands.
Make 12 snowmen with 3/4 of the dough, molding it into marble size balls to make bodies. Divide the rest of the dough in half and add 1 drop blue food coloring to one half. Add 1 drop red and 2 drops yellow food coloring to the other half.
Form scarves and hats with the blue dough and noses out of the orange dough. Add eyes and buttons using candy sprinkles. Enjoy!

I was going through your images and saw the picture for these -so I had to see the recipe! I wish I had the corn syrup - but I don't think I do. :(
