This cook met the challenge! John M. (http://jmo.gather.com/),
using the five required ingredients, came up with this unusual (and very tasty sounding) dinner and dessert combination. His extras were 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 large can sliced black olives and 1 small package strawberries, sliced. I love this one!
4 thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese
honey, for drizzling
1 head cabbage, leaves separated
1 cup cottage cheese, divided
4 English muffins, fork split
Cut slits carefully in each chicken breast. Stuff chicken with mozzarella and olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Quickly parboil several intact cabbage leaves. Wrap each breast in several cabbage leaves, seam side down. Secure with a toothpick. Bake in a 350° oven one hour. Serve!
Separate English Muffins. Hollow out halves with a teaspoon, drizzle with honey, and bake til golden, about 10 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese and honey to taste in blender for several minutes. Fill muffin "shells" with cheese mixture. Bake til top is golden.
Top cakes with strawberries and drizzle with additional honey. Serve immediately.

Thanks, ladies!
Lynn, I would guess at two large leaves per breast. You can always slice up and put the rest under the chicken before baking. You could then serve the whole kit and kaboodle with the rest of the cabbage. Or is that too much cabbage?
And,
JINGLE.........JINGLE.............JINGLE.......... !!!
I am not so sure about the mock cheesecake.
I am a fan of cheesecake but I want the REAL thing. :)
How did it go, Lynn?
