You know that lowering your water heater temperature will reduce your energy bill but you can reduce it even more by putting it on a timer to turn it off when you least need it.
Diet:
Taking a multi vitamin to make sure you get all your daily nutrients will often times eliminate cravings. We usually crave what our bodies are lacking.
Exercise:
Make use of all your waiting time by tightening and relaxing various muscles, especially the abdomen. Tense and relax your arms, your calves, even do facial exercises.
Beauty:
During the holiday season, add glitter. Sparkles on a top over jeans will add glamor. Add a sparkling bracelet or earrings to highlight a basic outfit. When everything is so hectic you need to feel a bit of glamor.
Spirit:
You don't need to be religious to feel the spirit of Christmas. Think about the reason for the season, even if you don't believe. The essence of Christmas is giving, love, and peace. Pass it on.
