Blueberry Muffins

1 egg
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries

Directions

Beat egg and mix in all ingredients except blueberries. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 18-20 minutes. Makes 18-20 muffins.
