1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 jar ragu double cheddar sauce
14.5 oz Red Gold diced tomatoes with green chilies
elbow macaroni (I used 1/2 lb)
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef.Boil elbows.Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low until heated.
This is a super easy recipe and great on a cold wintry day served with some homemade biscuts.I have added onions,green peppers and mushrooms at different times making this.Great hurry up dinner.
