Who Are Your Favorite Disney Characters and Movies?

This was the first article I actually published, but it got such little response so I thought I'd try again. Everyone at some point in their life has seen most of the Disney movies and has a favorite.

My favorite Disney Princess is Ariel. She was the first one that I saw in the theatres and I loved her voice. A close second is Belle and then probably Aurora as third.

My favorite Disney Prince would have to be Phillip. In my opinion he is the cutest!

My favorite Villain is Maleficent. She scared the crap out of me when I was younger.

My favorite Sidekick would have to be Genie. I love Robin Williams and his wit. It makes a lot of the movies enjoyable as you age when there's a bit of adult humor in there. I never realized how much there was until I got older and certain things became clear.

My favorite Live-Action character is Jack Sparrow. God bless Johnny Depp for his superb talent.

My favorite movies are Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Lion King. Such great classics and when I was younger I used to have movie nights where I'd watch them all back to back.

We didnt have all that when I was growing up or raising my children either. We read the Disney books to them at bedtime. Sleeping beauty was my favorite of the books . The children loved them all. I probably still have a lot of them.
My favorite now that I am old and grey, is Little Mermaid. Lion King was good the first time. But when every child that came here with their grandparents brought it to watch. I really tired of it fast.

I LOVE The Little Einsteins! They are just too cute & they teach my kids about music! ;o)
Snow White was my favorite character and Sleeping Beauty was my favorite movie.

(Seriously, Tanya? Don't you think the idea of a voiceless, vain, jealous female fairy is just a wee bit sexist?)

I like Mulan, because she kicks butt. Now, as to who's the cutest cartoon boy . . . for me, that would have to be Aladdin.
I forgot about Tinker Bell. I loved her too.

I love mickey mouse a lot, and donald duck also. I'm a fan of Toy Story's Woody though. I loveeeee Tom Hank's voice.

That's a hard one to pick, My fave princess would be a tie with Ariel and Belle. I really like them. As for Prince, I like Prince Eric...For sidekick, I would have to say Genie or Iago..LOL...My fave movie??? Wow that is tough...A few faves are Aristocats, 101 Dalmatians, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast..and the list goes on and on..LOL

"Old Reliable" the bloodhound in Lady and the Tramp. "Iago" the crazy demonic parrot in Aladdin. the dwarves in Snow white. Timon and Pumba in the Lion King. Often it was the character parts that did so much to make the story unforgettable in little ways.
