Back in July, I set a goal for myself - I wanted to fit into my wedding dress by our tenth anniversary, which was about 4 1/2 months from the time I set this goal.
I actually did it - by losing a pound a week, I was able to make my goal. No fad diets, no drugs, no memberships.
Here's what I looked like before:

Here's me, 15 pounds lighter, in the dress! This was taken on Thanksgiving morning.

You look as as good as you did in your wedding photo.
I went back to work two years ago and the pounds started melting away. It was cause I was not munching all day being at home.

You did awesome. To fit into your wedding dress after birthing two children???? Amazing. I thought our hips and ribs expanded or something!????

And what a beautiful dress!
Congratulations. I've managed to lose alot of weight, through eating less, and I had sugery, which should be helping reduce the occurrance of other serious conditions. The surgery was the gastric lap band system. They've added fluid three times.
I do think that both photos looked good. Fitting into your wedding dress is probably something of a matter of pride. You should feel proud.
That's wonderful. Great work!
