Happy Holidays to you and your family!!
Have a wonderful day!!
I came home and AT&T left a message they said it will be a couple of days till they csn pull up my records..... UH HUH.....
Well, about 2 months after we cancelled with AT&T, we got a collection notice from them for like $83 that they said we never paid. I paid all the bills on time, so I called them to complain. They said "Oh, this was from your last bill. We never sent out the bill before you cancelled your service, so you never paid this amount." Are you fucking kidding me?? How is it my fault if they never sent me a bill. I tried to argue with them and sent in my cancelled checks that showed I'd paid all our bills but they said we still owed the money, so we had to pay it, because I didn't want them screwing with our credit. I'm still sure to this day that it was some scam, but I can't prove it.
AT&T SUCKS!
Eventually it DOES get resolved. Here's how I managed to get my issue resolved more than once:
Every time someone tells you that it has been resolved you gotta call back about a week later and ask them to " just check my account and see if..........". Eventually, they get tired of re-checking your account for a resolution and really DO resolve it. ;o)
