I Have No Heart Left

I know that you are going to break my heart so why don't you just get it over with.

I've been letting you play with me for long enough. I know the TOS of this relationship. We try really hard for awhile and then you decide that it's just not right.

I know it's coming. I have this sixth sense where we are concerned.

Just hurt me already!
I can't cry anymore but I can bleed.

(I started typing this and I know it looks like a poem but it's not a poem. It was going to be a short story but I suck at dialog. Anyway, I don't know what this is.)

Oh Donna! Dessert and alcohol. They might not cure anything but they make certain things more tolerable.

I read this before but I never know what to say in painful situations like that, so I slunk away....

Now that the conversation has turned to alcohol and chocolate, I can join in. I can recommend both of those, and wine especially. If you make it red wine and dark chocolate, you can even tell everyone you're just having them for the flavonoids. For your health. They surely want you to be healthy?
