I had a similar salad at WholeFoods a long time ago, when I saw how much it cost me I decided to recreate it at home to save a lot of money!
No ingredient amounts, I just add everything to taste.
Ingredients
Cooked chicken cut up into bite sized pieces (you can substitute Turkey if you prefer).
Sour Cream
Mayo
Chopped Celery
Chopped Walnut pieces
Celery Seed
Dried Tarragon
Salt
Pepper

Throw it all in a bowl, mix it up and serve.

I like mine on a nice buttery croissant. You can also serve it on a salad, in a avocado half or stuffed in a tomato.
