2 T. heavy cream
1 c. pecan halves
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
Microwave caramels and cream in a large bowl on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer. Stir until caramels are completely melted. Cool. Place pecan halves on a lightly greased cookie sheet in cluster of 3. Spoon caramel mixture over nuts, leaving ends showing. Let stand until set, about 30 minutes. Microwave chocolate in a small bowl on high 1-2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread chocolate over clusters. Let stand until chocolate is set.
