If you have no idea on a meal, why not try this simple meal, Teriyaki Beef.
This is a traditional Japanese marinade made from soy sauce, garlic and rice vinegar.
I tried it last night, and this is my third meal I ever cooked in my entire life. Easy for an Idiot cook like me.
The best about this is, it's healthy, tasty - and it's lean beef meal.
And for the Fat Loss For Idiots Dieters, you can use this simple recipe as your 'cheat meal' after your eleven day cycle. This is better than pizza!
Here it is-
Ingredients: Jasmin Rice, Beef Fillet, Teriyaki Sauce, Fresh Chilli, Fresh Ginger, 1 Clove Garlic
Preparation:
- Cook rice, and add thick slices of fresh ginger and a clove of garlic to the cooking water for flavour.
- Cut the beef into 'two centimetre thick' medallions.
- Mix 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce with one chppoed red chilli. Then pour the mix over the beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat you non stick pan until hot.
- Cook the marinated beef for two to three minutes per side, turning once.
- Voila - remove the beef from te pan and let it cool for five minutes before serving!
- Use the leftover marinade sauce as meat sauce.
