Yep, you read it right! I teach dance/ winterguard and today we were working on a partner type back walkover. While demonstraiting it my student who went into a back bend over the top of me (I was going to push her up into the walkover with my feet on her back), her arms gave out and she began to fall into me- Her back slammed right into my face but she was okay..
Me, I have a swolen face and my nose began bleeding after the trama (I have never had a bloody nose). Now I am home and I have a frozen bag of cranberries on my face..
How is your night going?

At first I thought, how did I miss that, but then I saw the edit time ;)
Hope your face feels better soon.
Ronald,
I got my first set of stitches very young. I believe the stitches took the place of broken bones and bloody noses in my childhood. I have had my share of rough housing, I was the oldest and the only girl of the family. I just drink lots of milk so my bones are strong I guess...
Thanks so much for the gift! I have one on the way to to also.. The sand dollars are amazing!
Here is a 10 :)
