“Bella”
“Bella” is the story of an unmarried, pregnant waitress who loses her job, and a once-famous soccer star whose life has been scarred by a tragic accident and his inability to forgive himself. The film chronicles one day in the life of their friendship. It is a day that brings pain, kindness, memories, and, ultimately, healing. It is not so much a romantic love story as a testament to the power of love and a celebration of life.
This film reaches deep into our emotions, connecting us to the hearts of the characters. These characters are so authentic and likable that we want to join them for dinner. The movie's ending is a surprize that completes the symmetry and lifts our hearts. Rated PG, this is a movie you can enjoy with your family.

I skip so many these days.
Thanks to your review, I'm going to check this one out.
One correction though, Bella is rated PG-13. I think this is because of the scene where Jose explains his past to Nina (when he is at his parents house... I hope you know what I mean) and also a character mentions once that they got stoned. Nothing very bad really, you see worse on TV all the time. Anyway, congrats on being featured! And thank you for spreading the word!
Congrats on getting your article featured!
thanks...

I know Eduardo is worth the price od admission!
thanks for the nice review!
It's more like a foreign film, in the sense that it is about people's feelings. I wouldn't say it's a chick flick, but you and your girlfriends would enjoy seeing it together. A hanky might be needed.
Yes, Eduardo is a handsome guy!
