Deadline Met - First Item on the Agenda

Hi there Deadline members! I'm so pleased to see so many of you here with us. Are you working on a novel, short story or article that you are lacking motivation in. I am. So I thought the first thing we would do is set a DEADLINE for ourselves.

If you wish to participate, here is what we are going to do; I am setting a deadline for next Thurday (US time- Maria, that is Wednesday for us) for you to have your first draft of your chapter, story or article posted. Remember, this is a private group and so will only be able to be viewed by group members and your connections unless you post to non private groups.

This is not a competition, you are not being judged and there is no set criteria or word length. This is for motivational purposes only!

If you wish to participate, place, - Deadline Met in your title line

eg. Wraiths(chap 5) - Deadline Met

That way we can encourage each other as a group to keep those creative juices flowing!

Don't forget that you don't have to be participating to post here. This is a place where I hope you can feel safe posting your creative pieces and share your Talents!

p.s. Because of the problems I had in creating the group, remember to post to the Deadline group that is "private" NOT "private and moderated". That groupspace is not working and if anyone knows how to delete it, please let me know! The defunct group is; getuthere.gather.com, the running one is, deadontime.gather.com.

If you've joined the wrong one just delete it from your groups and piggy back onto the Deadline group in my "groups posted to" listed below. (Wow! That was lond-winded! Sorry about that!)

pps. As of this afternoon, I have decided to keep the "defunct" one open until the problems are sorted. So sorry for the inconvenience guys
