Snow Pictures

Here are some pictures from the snow storm that is hitting us right now here in New York. Actually, its lake effect snow, which we don't usually get. So far we have about 8 inches of snow on the ground and it is still falling.

 

 

 

 This is my canopy that was over the grill and the swing. It did not survive.

These are beautiful pictures Brenda, and this is how I like to look at snow too, lovely on the trees and bushes, and on windowpanes, but hate to have to ride or drive in it.

One good thing is that snow makes wonderful images - I like to shoot in the snow - however, it's cold !!! I just got in from my patio and it was nice and warm and clear and see these cold images - lovely but I just want to say Stay Warm...take care and thanks for these - I was wondering how things were over there. Fabulous pictures. Brings back memories. I lived in Syracuse for two years, a three bedroom duplex, no garage, no basement, no family room and six kids under 11. Those were the days my friend, those were the days.

The snow pictures are all so beautiful! That said, I have to say that I am glad we don't get 8 inches of snow here!

Wow, looks like ya'll were hit pretty hard with that lake effect snow. We didn't get it that bad. Great pictures, though!

Wow, and I'm complaining about the snow we've been getting here! At least it's not 8 inches in one day. Did you have freezing rain too or just snow? We had snow and freezing rain last weekend and it sucked! Even my Jeep didn't like it and it loves being in 4-wheel drive, usually. Doesn't help on ice tho!
