- 2 cups potatoes (cubed)
- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 1/2 cup white sauce
- 1/4 cup American cheese (grated)
Directions:
Cook potatoes in small amount of boiling salted water until almost tender, then add onions and peas and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Drain and use liquid in white sauce. Place vegetables in greased casserole pan; stir in white sauce and top with cheese. Brown in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
