I am one of the few people that will admit that I LIKE FRUITCAKE.
OK, There I said it.
Yep, I really do like fruitcake. I am picky about which fruitcakes I will eat.
My grandmother used to make a light fruitcake. She would bake the cake then wrap it in rum soaked cheesecloth. Every couple of days she would replace the dried cheesecloth with a freshly soaked one. That was fantastic, #1 fruitcake.
Claxton fruitcake is a distant second. For bulk production, it is a pretty good fruitcake.
So, how about you? Do you like fruitcake or do you hate it?
