What's Better: Three Squares or Six Meals?
How often should you eat? Some experts say you need six small meals a day, while others agree with the 3-squares-a-day principle.
Personally, I don't even eat 3 a day on somedays. I try but sometimes schedules just get in the way. Sometimes breakfast gets missed, sometimes lunchtime passes by before I know it.
I feel that if I eat more often than it would be overeating, so I cannot imagine eating 6 small meals a day.
How many times do you eat? Is there a meal that you miss more often than others? What are your eating habits?

I might much on something during the day.. sometimes.. but not usually. I don't do lunch so I get out of work at a decent hour as it takes half hour to get home.. and by the time I get home and do the crap I need to do there and make myself dinner, that's it for me..
So yeah, once.

I do agree that eating 6 times a day is much more healthy and when I do that I usually lose weight but it's hard for me to eat that much cause I don't have a very big appetite. Also, when we go out I either order an appetizer or if I order a full meal then 1/2 always gets boxed up and comes home with me.

The deal with the 6 small meals isn't that you eat more, it's just that you eat more often. You want to aim for the same amount of food as the 3 meals, just spread out more over the day.
I've learned to eat breakfast - most important meal in the day, lol!
