More fun with Microsoft Photo Editor

This time I took a shot from my web camera that I don't think is the best. I tried several options just to see how a bad photo can look somehow less bad. Here is the original.

It's kind of fuzzy, but it is from a cell phone camera. Let's try some b/w effects, first chalk and charcoal.

Now as a pen and ink

Back to color, here is it as stained glass

And last but never least the water color effect

Can you adjust the level of effect in Editor? That would help out some of those effects, like stained glass. I'd make the windows (cells) larger.

Yes you can adjust things, I was looking for simple examples where the image was mostly preserved but you can make them exceptionally abstract as well.

I really like the watercolor effect, you cannot tell it was made from a blurry photo. I am learning to use microsoft picture it. At first I thought I would need to purchase an expensive program like ps elements. But I am finding that there is a lot you can do with this basic program. It will be a while before I learn all the tools, but this program isn't bad.
