I am woking on my new composition with winter in the middle and autumn and spring at its sides.
On the 28th Nov we shall be going for two hours in the 24 hours action in the house where the preraphaelite painter Burne Jones made his last painting and died after the last touch of brush, and where now is housed the Study Society, initiated by Ouspensky. There are 24 hours of chant and meditation; a contribution to thoughts and prayers about a Universal Family!

I got also a book in Italian with the original illustrations wghich I associated with the story. I could not look at the later varieties of cartoons ...

The Ouspensky society (study Society) opened their doors to us yesterday with gentleness and generosity. In the quiet meditation room and in the aura of the preraphaelite I was further inspired and I went in the lower room to sketch my further ideas on the 4 Seasons.
The house was originaly built as artists studio when it ws surrounded by large gardens (it is called also the colet gadens house) Later was taken by Ouspensky and his entourage. I will try to learn more about the painter. His painting is now in some collection in the States.
And Marie, yes buy it for the grand children! I am glad I found here other Pipi enthusiasts!
Fascinating, the info about the G. I: Gurdieff society and the pre Raphaelite painting!
