Don't dine alone... When you dine alone you have a tendancy to docus on your food instead of your surroundings... One of the only times in your weight loss battle that it is good to be distracted... When you slow down how fast you are eating your body has time to register that it is full... And when you scarff something down you generally overdo it... Slow down... Take some good company and enjoy!!!

Sometimes I have to eat alone. But not often. I always tell my friends "it's not about the food, it's about getting together." They couldn't agree more.
