Wednesday:
My mom bought our Christmas presents early - Toys R Us was having a buy two get one free Wii game sale. We got Wii Play (yay extra remote), Mario Galaxy and Tony Hawk. I also picked up an extra nunchuck controller while we were there (the Wii Play comes with the remote only). When we got the game home, we also discovered that the Wii Play remote doesn't have the little safety jacket on it - so we ordered one from the Wii site. Supposedly it's free, and will arrive in 5-10 days.
Aus and I went to get his suit for job interviews and the like. We got it from Value City, which was having a suit sale. The lady in the suit department was very helpful! We would have been there for hours otherwise, because we had no idea what we were doing as we are not suit people. He got a nice gray suit- it seems made of a good material, and it fits him well. With tie and shirt and everything, it was about 125, which isn't bad really for a suit. Plus, if someone dies or gets married, he is now fully prepared.
Beverly became our wii-friend and sent us her mii and such. It's kind of exciting that you can send messages and miis and play games and such with far away friends. If anyone else has a wii and wants to be wii friends, drop me a line and let me know.
Today:
Relatives are coming over for Thanksgiving, which means I am going to spend as much of the day as possible in my room avoiding everyone. The people I live with are overwhelming enough without dealing with extras all at once. I really dislike holidays, for this among other reasons. It seems like all major holidays are about socializing and spending in excessive degrees. No thank you. When the kids grow up and leave home and such, I think I am just going to stop celebrating them all together. I keep trying to do that now, but the family will not let me.
Friday:
I will be buying nothing, as per Buy Nothing Day and staying in my (hopefully) quiet home to relax and decompress from today.

Congrats on the new suit for Austin. I bet he looks quite dashing in it! You'll have to let us see a picture of him in it!
