What is the most beautiful nature site...

I've been to many beautiful places especially the Rocky Mountains when they are covered in snow but if it doesn't have a waterfall, it doesn't even get close to the "most" beautiful.

I've been to numerous places, but higher elevelation mountain areas in particular stand out to me.

Haleakala in Maui to watch the sunrise was quite beautiful and I love Kauai very much. Thailand was beautiful, the mountainous areas outside Chiang Mai were awesome. Italy was very beautiful. Door County, Wisconsin is very picturesque and quaint. There are so many places that project beauty and provide me with serenity!

I've been to Jamaica and the water was sooooooo blue and the sand so clean. It was a beautiful sight.
On the other realm it was very nice in England also.

My favorite place use to be San Diego until the other million or so people moved in, not to mention the tourist. I use to walk the beaches and play in the tide pools. Loved it.

Now I pick Zion National Park. It is small but the rock formations and water falls are wonderful. The park is closed to cars but they provide a very good system of electric buses that make the place quiet and clean. I posted a few pictures of it. Just click my name to see how beautiful it is.

I'd have to say the northwest coast of Ireland. The whole country is beautiful, but this was spectacular with peat fields inland and gigantic cliffs bordering the sea.

I walked on the beach near my house one foggy morning, and saw a blue heron standing in the water, and the misty outline of the bluff behind....it felt kind of timeless and mysterious.

Glad you can spell that mountain. Haleakala. I was there for the sunset. It is beyond gorgeous. Talk about wow. Going down from Haleakala, we saw hundreds of small rainbows formed from the tiny waterfalls created by the mountain. Heaven must surely be like that place.
