Post your favorite uses for leftover turkey here!

I make a bisquick "turkey pot pie" that is very simple.

Let's see, there's turkey & noodles, turkey & mashed potatoes and my sister put the turkey through something that looked like a shredder (for food) for her toddler yesterday, it was pretty funny!

So, we could do casseroles, main dishes, low cal and more. 

What ideas do you have? You did so good on the deviled eggs turkey should be a snap!

Or, tell us how your Thanksgiving is going (or went)!  Anything major happen?  Give us the dish on anything...

I always look forward to turkey sandwiches the next day, but the leftover turkey didn't survive the early morning snackers. Oh well. :)

I cut it into small bite size pieces mix in red and green seedless grapes, pineapple, plain boiled macaroni pasta or shells pasta or rigotoni..., a little helmans...and yummy

turkey sandwiches first, then I'm going to freeze some so the kids can have some for lunches with their sitters (my parents).

I always make turkey sandwiches from leftover turkey. With mayonaise, cheese, and lettuce on wheat bread.

I left all the leftovers at my son's house so I don't have to worry about it this year. But usually I just stick with turkey sandwhiches. No help from me. LOL

After a week or so throw the leftovers in a bucket and carry them in the trunk of your car. You can put them under the wheels for traction should you get stuck on snow or ice! C);-)

For left over turkey I think sandwiches are the best. Warmed up turkey just isn't the same.

Well my microwave died, so my only variety has been cold turkey at home for breakfast, hot turkey at work for lunch/dinner. I love turkey, can't have the fancy sauces or gravies.

We do turkey sandwiches w/ mayo, or hot turkey sandwiches w/ gravy, to which we might add stuffing, mashed taters.

I don't have any left overs, since I was a guest at T-day dinner. I may have to go buy one so that I can make a turkey pot pie and some tetrazzini!

throw it in the crockpot with some gravy and make hot turkey sandwiches.
