Here is my schedule
Sunday: OFF
Monday: Strength Training- Full Body
Tuesday: Cardio, Pilates
Wendesday: Strength Training- Full Body
Thursday: Cardio, Pilates
Friday: Strength Training- Full Body
Saturday- Cardio, Pilates
Of course some trainers will tell you to do a split to keep your body guessing... A good split looks like this
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Strength Train- Upper Body
Tuesday: Cardio, pilates
Wendesday: Strength Train- Lower Body
Thursday: Cardio, Pilates
Friday: Strength Train- Core
Saturday: Cardio, Pilates
Plus you can change your rest day and even when you work your upper lower and core... The key is to work every muscle at least once a week...
