Ok so we all know we need to work out to loose weight right... Well I am always asked how much time do I spend in a gym... An average workout for me usually runs about 2 hours... Holy Crap, right?... Well if I did not spend this much time in the gym I wouldn't see improvment... Keep in mind I am a personal trainer and am HIGHLY ACTIVE... And let's face it... Most people now-a-days do not fall into that bracket... Usually the people coming to me are moderatly active to just plain sedentary... So how much would it take for a sedintary individual to lose weight... Honestly, not much... It has been proven that when an indvidual leads a sedintary lifestyle all it takes to lose weight is 30min of moderate activity a day... In other words... 30min walking, swimming, hitting the local mall (usually you will spend more than 30 min there anyways)... Sounds simple right... Just remember 30 minutes DAILY... Not every other day... Not on the days I remember... Stay focused... Make a schedule... Plan activity into your day, everyday and you will do great and see great results
