On Wednesday night, we were looking at pets in the buyers' guide and this ad caught my eye. It said they had toy-mini huskies, so I called. I found out some information and told the guy I'd call back. We looked up mini huskies on the internet and found that they are a cute dog with a great temperment. I called the guy back and we went out to look at them (we took my best friend with us too). Well, he warned us that we'd be hooked if we came out.. and we were! We picked out the smallest one, she was really laid back and not as wild as the others. Mini huskies only get to be about 15-25 lbs and I doubt she'll be 25 lbs. They called her "Jazzy" but we picked out a different name. I wanted to call her "cuddles" because she's so cuddly, but hubby didn't like it. Eventually, we ended up with "Kaos" (chaos, just spelled with a "K" like our daughter khloe). So here are some pictures of her.. what do you think?

Even the smallest dog will try to lead and dominate if the human leader fails to do so. Physical force is not the way .Consistency and routine is the key and praise and reward re instrumental)not necessarily food or treats...game time or lavish praise works well ,too! Good luck with your new family member!

sheila - she has her own bed (dog carrier) and we put her in at night so she doesn't pee in the house. she is mostly potty trained now and she's starting to get used to her harness & leash.
samantha - i love beagles! i was kind of hoping we'd find one of those.. but hubby really didn't like them too much, he loves huskies.
stacie & danielle - kaos is definitely my other baby now!
