WORLD PEACE, Why MUST it be only a DREAM?

I for one, am MIGHTILY TIRED of seeing our young men and women sent out to do bodily harm to the enemy, who are doing the same to OUR people, because they perceive US as the ENEMY.........."round and round the mulberry BUSH"....... might we just DEMAND that the LEADERS of each country DUKE it out in the RING????Would THEY put their OWN LIFE on the line? methinks NOT!

Mass consciousness--if we all thought peace, if we all spent time visualizing peace, perhaps at the same time, all together, it would be a start. We can literally 'drug' the whole world through continued prayers and mass consciousness. Too many people think the opposite. That which we put the most energy into, especially thoughts and comments, is what we create. Start at home thinking peace in the home, in the neighborhood, in the community, and get others to do the same and maybe in another generation or two, it can be a world of peace.

Peace begins with one person at a time, committed to bring peace into their own families and then moving outward from there. I forgave a relative who had harmed me, and I am turning out with an easy heart. Start with your children, your parents, your siblings, your neighbor... and then VOTE FOR A TRUTH-SPEAKING DEMOCRAT!

War is good for business in this country... and that is the part none of us really want to think about. Vote the empire-builders out and get our soldiers back here and our national guard to defend us.

If America takes its sword and resheaths it, the entire world would be a better place.

truth be told and sadly its true,to many ego's inthe world to have peace
also,its in our own human nature to wage war
i myself dont know why
although,i find myself in a world of hatred,would be nice to have peace

I was born during the Korea conflict. I grew up with the Viet Nam war. After my son was born Bill Clinton was elected and I proclaimed naive things like " I am so glad my son will not have to grow up with a war." I thought we had learned something and evolved a little. Silly me.

I think it'll be a pipe dream for another few generations. Too many problems in the world, it'll take one heck of a long time before we have world peace.

If Human Nature allows us anyhow ;)
