For a debut novel, sales have been doing amazingly very well. In answer to your question about availability, Silenced Cry is distributed worldwide and available through traditional bookstores, both large chains like B&N, Books-A-Million, and Powells, as well as the privately own shops. It's also available through all the Amazons and numerous other online shops.

The traditional bookstores may not have it in stock, but they can certainly order it for you if you give them the title and ISBN 978-1-905202-72-0.
